We are so excited to have received a grant in the amount of $300,000 from the NYS Department of Health, which enabled Promise to Aid to provide underserved individuals unlimited access to Primary Care and Urgent Care. This enabled many individuals the ability to get the care they need for their chronic conditions without the financial worry. These patients received comprehensive healthcare, education on the importance of preventative medicine and continuous compliance monitoring from our chronic care management team reducing the risk of further medical complications and ensure a greater possibility of a healthier life.
Promise to Aid, Inc.’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of the underserved community regardless of culture, legal status or economic background. The proceeds from Promise to Aid help individuals suffering from chronic conditions that are not seeking medical treatment due to financial restraints, get the medical care, medications and surgeries they need, improving and impacting the quality of life of so many in need.
